Why should you join the club?

Firstly…it’s free. But mostly, you’d be helping us make a stand for more inclusivity in the SA wine industry.

Wine doesn’t have to be the larnie traditional group of wine connoisseurs who only drink a certain quality of wine and who speak a lingo that excludes everyone else at the party. Wine doesn’t have to just be a way to get dronk. Wine should be fun and inclusive. It can also be a fascinating hobby or career that teaches you about geography, biology, chemistry, history and art. It’s all of those things. And it can be for everyone.

The Book

You’ll have access to our introduction to wine eBook. It’s available in English and Xhosa. It covers the basics of wine and starts with the six most commonly found wines in South Africa. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate, you’ll learn something. We’re working on the follow up book that covers all the ‘other’ grapes found in South Africa – as a club member, you’ll be the first to know about the second book.
